Bronze Filamet
Bronze Filamet™ contains 88% - 90% metal and has a density of 4.29g/cc - 4.5g/cc.
Filamet™ enables any Fused Filament Fabrication printer to produce metal objects. Once fired in a sintering furnace, the result is 100% metal.
Copper Filamet
Copper Filamet™ contains 89% - 90% metal and has a density of 4.5g/cc - 4.7g/cc.

High Carbon Iron Filamet

Once fired in a sintering furnace, the result is 100% metal. High Carbon Iron Filamet™ is highly ferromagnetic both before and after sintering.
Inconel® 718-34 Filamet

Sintering Refractory Ballast - Al2O3
Refractory ballast for firing Filamet™ materials in a vacuum. May be used alone or combined with Powdered Graphite. Stainless Steel 316L and High Carbon Iron Filamet™ require an oxygen-free environment. Copper and Bronze Filamet™ may be fired in an open environment. In this case, use Magic Black Powder to shield the print from oxygen.
Sintering Refractory Ballast - Magic Black Powder
Refractory ballast for firing Copper and Bronze Filamet™ materials in an open environment kiln.
Mix Magic Black Powder with water, then place the print in the mixture, ensuring the entire print and all surfaces are completely covered and any protruding areas are fully supported. The print must be fully surrounded by the refractory.
Copper and Bronze Filamet™ may be fired in an oxygen-free environment. In this case, use Powdered Graphite and/or Al₂O₃ to support the print's shape.
Sintering Refractory Ballast - Powdered Graphite
Refractory for firing all Filamet™ materials in a vacuum or inert environment kiln. May be used alone or combined with Al₂O₃.
Place the print in this refractory, ensuring the entire print and all surfaces are completely covered and any protruding areas are fully supported. The print must be fully surrounded by the refractory.
Stainless Steel 316L Filamet™ requires an oxygen-free environment. Copper and Bronze Filamet™ may be fired in an open environment. In this case, use Magic Black Powder to shield the print from oxygen.
